Welcome to Om International Packers And Movers. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any service with us.
All service bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled move. A verbal or written quotation is valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Any changes to the scope of work may result in revised charges.
Payment must be made as per the agreed schedule. Typically, an advance payment of 50% is required to confirm the booking. The remaining amount is payable upon completion of the service. Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or UPI.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled move will receive a full refund of the advance amount. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a service fee. No refund will be provided once the moving process has started.
Om International Packers And Movers takes utmost care in handling your belongings. However, we recommend opting for transit insurance for valuable items. Our liability is limited to the terms specified in the insurance policy. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers are responsible for declaring any fragile, hazardous, or high-value items at the time of booking. Customers must ensure clear access for loading and unloading at both pickup and delivery locations. Any delay caused by the customer may result in additional charges.
We do not transport hazardous materials, explosives, flammable goods, illegal substances, perishable items, live animals, or any items prohibited by law. Customers must ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Om International Packers And Movers shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, roadblocks, accidents, or adverse weather conditions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.
